Glitchies Terms of Service

Welcome to Glitchies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glitchies Twitch Extension operated by Haus of Park ("we," "our," or "us").

By using the Glitchies Twitch Extension, you agree to these Terms.

About Glitchies

Glitchies is a Twitch Extension that allows viewers to collect, customize, care for, and progress virtual companions while participating in supported Twitch channels.

Twitch Account Information

To provide Glitchies features, we may associate your Twitch User ID and Twitch Display Name with:

• Glitchie customization data
• Inventory and owned items
• Progression and mission completion data
• Rewards and other Extension-related activity

We do not request or store your Twitch password or login credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or unintended features
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Extension
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantages
• Disrupt the operation of the Extension or Twitch channels using it

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to users who violate these Terms.

Virtual Items and Progression

Glitchies, rewards, cosmetic items, inventory items, and progression are virtual features provided solely for entertainment purposes.

These virtual items:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency
• Are non-transferable unless explicitly supported by the Extension

We may modify, rebalance, reset, remove, or discontinue virtual items, progression systems, or features at any time.

Intellectual Property

All Glitchies content, including artwork, designs, branding, software, and game systems, is owned by Haus of Park or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Extension without prior written permission.

Service Availability

Glitchies is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Extension and are not responsible for outages, data loss, Twitch platform changes, or third-party service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Glitchies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
